Of Fabric and Weirdness

Thursday last week, I went to the fabric shop near my office to buy several yards. I had planned to buy more but the minute I told the staff who assisted me that I wanted to learn how to sew my own dress, he nonchalantly started talking about embalming. Oh my. While he was blabbing on how embalming and sewing were the same thing, I was busy calming myself to thinking that it would be over soon and should rise above the situation - though, I was close to tears and getting angry - if I wanted to start sewing my dress that night. I couldn't just leave without the fabrics! The weirdest, if not the creepiest, thing about this is that his face remained emotionless all through out. It was downright awkward and inappropriate.

And I thought, maybe he should start creating things to veer him away from boredom, and consequently, weird-scary ideas. Just my two cents.
