Thimblecap's DIY or DIE Shirt, Anthill' Pop Up Shop, and Epic Cafe's Banana Walnut Ice Cream

I got a special package from a fellow craftpreneur, Meream. She is based in Cebu and owns the online shop Thimblecap, where she sells the shirts, pouches, and bags she designs and sews. Her blog contains sewing tutorials by the way! ;)

I never get to take a photo of myself wearing the DIY or DIE shirt because it is almost always at the laundry! The fabric is super comfy - not to mention how cute the design is - so I'm guessing one of my sisters also loves wearing it!! Haha!

She also collaborated with Anthill to come up with these pouches designed using her hand-carved stamps. I took this photo when I visited Anthill's Pop Up Shop in Kapitolyo last week. I love the patterns of their different hand-woven fabrics.

I also met up with Mikko in Kapitolyo that same day. We had lunch at Ninak, a Vietnamese restaurant along East Capitol Drive. Their laksa is a must-try! We then walked to Epic Cafe to have dessert. This is where she and Trey sometimes hold workshops. But the most important thing I have to say about this cafe is this: THEIR HOMEMADE ICE CREAM BANANA WALNUT IS SO GOOD! I SWEAR!

It's the best banana ice cream! I couldn't believe it was possible for an ice cream to be that good! Please try their ice cream - and no, this is not a sponsored post. I just really like it. :)
