Papercut Postcard for Candy Magazine

It's one of my favorite quotes ever, and so happy I was able to use it when Candy Magazine asked me to design a postcard for their February issue - which by the way has their new logo design. So much feels. Haha!

It was my first time to use a black background so it took me almost half a hundred photos before I got the shot that I wanted. :)

You can actually cut up the page and hang it on your wall using washi tape. :) Photo by @angelicapatricia.

Dumaguete will have its first arts festival this week, and I've been invited to hold a papercutting demo on the opening on the 25th! Two of the things that make me really happy - being in Negros and papercutting so I can't really wait! Thanks to Gugma Gaia and DTI Dumaguete for the opportunity to sharing the art of papercutting to people outside Manila! Hope to see you guys there!

Craft Studio

In other news, I miss having a definite, and clean, space to make things! My craft materials are all over the studio. After my Dumaguete trip, will try to designate different areas of the studio for different things that matter. :)
